Urban Eat is the UK’s No.1 Sandwich and Food to Go brand worth £120m. A big brand with an impressively extensive range. A great start, but the brand has been under increasing competitive pressure and needed help to get its edge back.
Our mission was to ensure the brand stood apart from the rest with confidence and boldness in philosophy and execution.
We developed the big brand idea of Food with Attitude that guided a complete rebrand and simplified the range architecture, creating new ranges including Deli and Street Food.
Alongside a refreshed identity, we developed a new visual language that helped reflect the latest food trends and brand ethos. Embracing the challenges around sustainable packaging we overhauled the entire range but didn’t stop there.
We created a suite of new marketing materials, an innovative Brand App to help the sales team and customers, a new website with attitude and an impactful trade stand. We transformed the brand and key touch points enabling heightened engagement with existing and new customers.
